We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. We offer a standard shipping method via Swiss Post. We ship orders two times a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.

• Shipping in Switzerland & Liechtenstein: Shipping is free for all orders over 85CHF. For orders under 85CHF, a flat rate of 10CHF applies.

• International Shipping: We are currently working to expand our shipping capabilities to other countries and will provide updates on our website as soon as this information is available.

Return Policy

Your happiness with our products is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not, you may return the product within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Initiating a Return: To start the return process, please contact us by email before sending the item back.

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund in the form of a store credit, which can be used for a future purchase.
