The history of Green Laboratorium begin with an awakening. It began when the primordial bond between mother and child was confronted by the sterile, desacralized substances of the modern age. When my daughter was but a month old, she was afflicted by eczema, a physical manifestation of a deeper imbalance. The remedy offered by the world was a "cold cream" born of mineral oil, a substance derived from the inert depths of the earth’s decay rather than the vital energy of its surface. My intuition as an artist and my rigors as a researcher forbade me from applying this lifeless shroud to a new life. I understood then that the skin asks for the same honesty as the table — a return to the sacred harmony of the body.
I am not a physician of the academy, but a seeker of the "Ur-phenomena," an artist by trade who views the human form as a landscape where health and beauty are indistinguishable from inner equilibrium. In the silence of my "laboratory", I sought a "food-grade" reality, a return to ingredients so pure they could be internalized without violation. This was not merely a cosmetic endeavor; it was a recovery of the "Healthy is Beautiful" philosophy, a realization that the surface of the skin is but a mirror reflecting the hidden depths of a life lived in balance. HEADACHE Ideas is a notebook for detectives of their own well-being. We do not treat a condition. We keep a cabinet of honest botanicals, and we look at a life the way an artist looks at a landscape — for the pattern, not the prescription.
